Psychological Coaching
Psychological coaching can be a highly effective process and there is a wealth of research which concludes that coaching can deliver tangible benefits both to individuals and to organisations.  It is an invaluable resource for people at ALL levels and more and more companies and individuals are recognising the added value that coaching can add to their business.

THE COACHING PROGRAMME
We provide psychological coaching for both private individuals and organisations. We have a varied client base and our coaching programme is tailored to suit each individual client. We recommend that sessions are conducted twice monthly for the first 4 sessions after which together we would agree on the optimum plan for you. Typically, coaching sessions last 50 minutes and are either face-to-face at our City office or over the telephone, depending on your preference. During sessions we work together on setting your goals and creating a detailed activity plan in line with them. We then build on these goals and tasks each subsequent session so that we have a clear progression path tailored to your unique needs. 

COMMUNICATION SKILLS COACHING PROGRAMME
  • Do you want to improve your communication skills? 
  • Does your job require you to have contact with colleagues and clients?
  • Are you aware of how your clients and colleagues perceive you in a business setting?
  • Are your colleagues impressing your boss in team meetings and leaving you behind?
  • Does your job involve presenting to colleagues and clients? 
  • Does your role require you to manage, motivate, influence and inspire people?

If the answer to any of these questions is YES then you would benefit from communication skills coaching.

Through observing you in a 'work/meeting setting', we can provide you with invaluable, constructive feedback on your communication style by focusing on key areas, including:-
