Orbit Consulting is a coaching psychology practice which supports business professionals at all levels to develop effective strategies for maximising their performance and well-being across professional and personal domains.

We are located in the City of London and we pride ourselves on providing our clients with a professional, forward thinking and confidential service. Our coaches are Chartered Psychologists registered with the British Psychological Society and adhere to its code of ethics and conduct.

Coaching psychology is a robust discipline, underpinned by models of coaching which are grounded in established psychological approaches. The key advantages of this approach are that it provides you with insight into your unique patterns of thought and behaviour, the values you hold and any psychological obstacles that stand in the way of your achievements and performance. Once you have gained this insight we work with you to help you overcome any patterns in thought and behaviour that are limiting you or providing a significant barrier to the work and life achievements that you desire, putting you on track towards your goals.The results and changes you experience from the psychological coaching process are long-term rather than a short-term 'quick fix'.

We provide a coaching programme which is constantly updated in line with new research in the field so that our clients receive the maximum coaching benefit. At Orbit we are aware that each client is unique and consequently their needs, values and goals will be different so we do not operate a 'one size fits all' approach.  Our approach is flexible and we focus on our client and their needs at ALL times.

In addition to our coaching programme we also work with organisations in administering a range of Psychometric Assessments. This enables the improvement of current recruitment processes as well as enhancing the development and performance of existing staff.
